| CVE-2026-110654 | MEDIUM | 6.1 | libzvbi through 0.2.45 contains an out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the Teletext decoder that allows attackers to corrupt memory by supplying unvalidated DRCS pixel-mode values in X/28/3 packets. Attackers can send a crafted Teletext stream decoded via vbi_decode with every slot set to DRCS_MODE_6_5_4, causing convert_drcs to overflow chars[48][60] and crash the application. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-103929 | HIGH | 7.8 | mise manages dev tools like node, python, cmake, and terraform. Prior to 2026.7.14, in the default non-safe mode, mise loads .mise.toml [settings] from an untrusted local project before trust approval and strip_local_only_settings removes only fields marked global_only. The unix_default_file_shell_args, unix_default_inline_shell_args, windows_default_file_shell_args, and windows_default_inline_shell_args settings were not marked global_only, allowing a repository to replace the default interpreter arguments used by trusted tasks that have no explicit shell, postinstall directives, template exec operations, or hooks that fall back to the default shell. When mise appends the trusted command after the attacker-controlled interpreter arguments, the attacker-selected command can execute first with the developer account's privileges even though the local configuration was never trusted. The separate path-sanitization hardening note in the advisory is outside this vulnerability. This issue is fixed in version 2026.7.14. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-102695 | HIGH | 8.2 | OmniFaces is a utility library for Faces. In OmniFaces versions before 1.14.3, 2.7.33, 3.14.23, 4.7.12, and 5.4.2, CombinedResourceHandler accepts a structurally valid deflated and base64 encoded combined resource ID without verifying that the server issued it. A forged ID can cause unbounded decoded output, add unique reconstructed IDs to a process-lifetime cache, or combine resources other than stylesheets and scripts. Because jakarta.faces.RESOURCE_EXCLUDES is not applied by this custom resolution path, a forged ID can disclose Facelets source from the webapp resource tree or META-INF/resources. In a deployment configured with the wildcard CDN mapping, a forged ID that selects omnifaces.graphic can also cause a blind, deployment-dependent server-side fetch whose destination derives partly from the request Host header. The flaw does not provide arbitrary file read or establish arbitrary-scheme or arbitrary-destination SSRF. The shared authenticity failure permits memory exhaustion and limited resource disclosure. This issue is fixed in versions 1.14.3, 2.7.33, 3.14.23, 4.7.12, and 5.4.2. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-101897 | UNKNOWN | — | Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. From 1.20.0 until 1.21.1, the Angular DevTools background service worker accepts chrome.runtime.sendMessage runtime messages from untrusted web pages or third-party content scripts without adequately verifying the message source. An untrusted sender that obtains a valid randomized victim tabId can direct the extension to use chrome.debugger to attach to another browser tab and trigger Chrome DevTools Protocol breakpoints. This can display the debugging banner, pause JavaScript execution, and prevent interaction with the target tab, but it does not provide remote code execution, privilege escalation, or cross-origin access to memory or credentials. This issue is fixed in version 1.21.1. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-101896 | UNKNOWN | — | Angular is a development platform for building mobile and desktop web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other languages. Prior to 20.3.32, 21.2.24, and 22.2.0, the @angular/router URL parser stores numeric matrix parameter names and numeric outlet names as properties on initially empty JavaScript objects during Node.js server-side rendering. V8 can interpret these URL-derived keys as array indices and allocate dense backing stores sized to high numeric values, so repeated small path segments cause disproportionate per-segment heap consumption. An unauthenticated attacker can send overlapping requests containing repeated numeric matrix parameters when SSR is enabled, the router directly parses the request URL, and upstream proxies allow semicolons and multiple path segments, eventually exhausting the Node.js old-space heap and terminating the SSR worker. Pure client-side Angular applications are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 20.3.32, 21.2.24, and 22.2.0. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-100404 | MEDIUM | 6.5 | Zulip is an open-source team collaboration tool. In Zulip Server versions through 12.1, guest users can receive new message events for public channels outside their subscriptions. A guest can trigger the issue by registering an event queue with parameters that request messages from an unsubscribed public channel, or an existing event queue can remain affected after the guest's access to the channel is removed. The flaw discloses new public-channel messages to the guest. This issue is fixed in version 12.2. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-100394 | MEDIUM | 6.5 | Nezha Monitoring is a self-hostable, lightweight, servers and websites monitoring and O&M tool. From 2.2.7 until 2.2.11, ServiceSentinel.worker in service/singleton/servicesentinel.go checked an owned service under servicesLock and later dereferenced pointer-valued serviceStatusToday and serviceCurrentStatusData entries under serviceResponseDataStoreLock without revalidating that ServiceSentinel.Delete had not removed them. A RoleMember could concurrently report TCP or ICMP results through the member's own agent and delete the same owned service, causing a nil pointer dereference. Because the gRPC server had no recovery interceptor, the worker panic terminated the whole dashboard process and disrupted every tenant's web interface, REST API, and agent connections. The issue affects availability only and does not disclose or modify data. This issue is fixed in versions 2.2.11 and 2.3.0. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-97629 | MEDIUM | 6.5 | Description When NGINX Plus or NGINX Open Source is configured with ssl_session_cache shared:name:size without an explicit ssl_session_ticket_key file directives to automatically rotate SSL session ticket keys, a remote unauthenticated attacker is able to forge client SSL sessions in a non-deterministic manner that is beyond the attacker's control. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to bypass verification of client certificates. Impact This vulnerability can lead to the exposure of resources or functionality to unintended actors, possibly providing attackers with access to sensitive information. There is no control plane exposure; this is a data plane issue only. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-97205 | HIGH | 8.1 | NGINX Plus and NGINX Open Source have a vulnerability in the ngx_http_core_module module. When asynchronous file I/O (AIO) is enabled in certain configurations, processing a Server Side Includes (SSI) page containing “include virtual” commands may trigger a Use-After-Free (UAF) in the NGINX worker process. This may cause memory corruption or a worker process crash. Additionally, attackers can execute code on systems with Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) disabled or when the attacker can bypass ASLR. Impact: This vulnerability may allow remote attackers to cause a denial-of-service (DoS) on the NGINX system, corrupt its memory, or possibly trigger code execution. There is no control plane exposure; this is a data plane issue only. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-96615 | MEDIUM | 6.5 | Description NGINX Gateway Fabric has a vulnerability when it is configured with Gateway Custom Resource Definition (CRD) and have an authenticated gRPC connection with NGINX Agent. A namespaced authenticated attacker with access to a service account may impersonate the authenticated NGINX Agent gRPC connection to read TLS private keys of Gateway deployments in another namespace. Impact A remote authenticated attacker may be able to read TLS private keys of Gateway deployments in another namespace. There is no data plane exposure; this is a control plane issue only. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-95101 | MEDIUM | 5.3 | Description NGINX Plus and NGINX Open Source have a vulnerability in the ngx_http_v3_module module. When using HTTP/3 with proxy_request_buffering on directive, an unauthenticated attacker may be able to inject data in the proxied request. Impact This vulnerability may allow remote attackers to inject data in the proxied request. There is no control plane exposure; this is a data plane issue only. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-94197 | HIGH | 7.5 | An authentication and authorization bypass vulnerability exists in F5 NGINX Kubernetes Ingress Controller (NIC) when configured with the `ExternalAuth` policy or Ingress external authentication. Client-supplied X-Forwarded-Prefix, X-Forwarded-URI, X-Original-URI, and X-Forwarded-Method routing and method headers are forwarded unsanitized into the internal authentication subrequest (handled by the NGINX auth_request directive). As a result, an unauthenticated, remote attacker may spoof request attributes evaluated by the external authentication provider. Impact: This vulnerability may allow remote attackers unauthenticated access to protected paths. There is no control plane exposure; this is a data plane issue only. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-93479 | HIGH | 8.1 | A vulnerability exists in NGINX Plus and NGINX Open Source when a map directive uses regex matching and the root directive or access log format references the map's regex capture variables before referencing the map output variable. Alternatively, the same result could be achieved by using a non-cacheable variable in a string expression under certain conditions. An unauthenticated attacker along with conditions beyond their control can exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted HTTP requests. This may cause a heap buffer overflow in the NGINX worker process leading to a restart. Additionally, attackers can execute code on systems with Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) disabled or when the attacker can bypass ASLR. Impact: This vulnerability may allow remote attackers to cause a denial-of-service (DoS) on the NGINX system or to possibly trigger a code execution. There is no control plane exposure; this is a data plane issue only. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-91184 | HIGH | 8.8 | Description NGINX Gateway Fabric has a vulnerability when it renders the spec.basic.realm (and spec.jwt.realm) field of a namespaced AuthenticationFilter verbatim, unescaped and unvalidated, into the shared data-plane nginx.conf as auth_basic "<realm>";. A namespaced authenticated attacker that configures AuthenticationFilter CRD to an HTTPRoute/GRPCRoute on a shared Gateway can craft a realm value that closes the quoted directive and the enclosing location {} block and injects arbitrary NGINX directives into that Gateway's data-plane config. Impact A remote authenticated attacker can send crafted requests to configure NGINX Gateway Fabric AuthenticationFilter CRD and may be able to read every co-located tenant's mounted secrets, SSRF via proxy_pass, reading the pod ServiceAccount token, or hijacking other tenants' routes. There is no data plane exposure; this is a control plane issue only. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-78433 | MEDIUM | 5.9 | Gitea's web attachment handler skips its cross-repository ownership check for attachments created before 16 January 2026 and checks permissions against the repository named in the request URL instead. An unauthenticated attacker who knows a private attachment's UUID can request it through a public repository's attachment path and retrieve its contents. This can expose issue and pull request attachments or release assets; the random attachment UUID must already be known to the attacker. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-78231 | MEDIUM | 5.3 | When OpenID sign-in is enabled, Gitea processes unauthenticated assertion parameters and sends an HTTP POST request to the caller-supplied OpenID provider endpoint during verification. An attacker controls the destination and much of the form body, allowing interaction with internal HTTP services reachable from the Gitea server. The response is not returned to the attacker, so the issue is blind SSRF; its impact depends on the services and network addresses the server can reach. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-73814 | MEDIUM | 6.5 | Gitea's collaboration access-mode endpoint accepts the Owner access mode from an authenticated repository collaborator with Admin access. The collaborator can promote their effective permissions from Admin to Owner and then perform owner-only operations, including transferring the repository to their own account. This bypasses the intended boundary between repository administration and ownership. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-73804 | HIGH | 8.1 | Gitea allows a token with write:user scope to register an attacker-controlled SSH public key on the token owner's account. API requests signed with the corresponding private key authenticate as that account through HTTP Signature without API token scope information, causing route-level token scope checks to be skipped. This converts a user-scoped token into an unscoped API authentication method while retaining the account's normal role and repository permissions. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-73802 | HIGH | 8.8 | Gitea Runner passes workflow-controlled container options into Docker job container configuration while privileged mode is disabled. Host namespace settings, expanded capabilities, and security profile overrides can remain effective despite Privileged being forced false. A workflow author able to run jobs on an affected Docker-backed runner can use these options to access host namespaces and execute commands as root on the runner host, bypassing the intended container isolation. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-73800 | HIGH | 8.8 | Gitea resolves local reusable workflow files from a fork's head commit when a trusted base-branch workflow runs for a pull_request_target event. A fork author can modify a referenced reusable workflow so attacker-controlled code executes with the repository and organization secrets available to that event. Exploitation requires a base workflow that calls a local reusable workflow, and bypasses the intended separation between trusted base code and untrusted fork code. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-73539 | HIGH | 7.5 | Gitea substitutes a URL derived from the markup Context field into external renderer command templates without escaping the reference path before shell-style argument splitting. A crafted Context can inject additional renderer arguments, including options that load executable filter files. On deployments using a susceptible external renderer such as pandoc, a user who can place a filter file at an accessible path can cause it to execute as the Gitea service account; the public repository markup endpoint itself can be reachable without authentication. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-73535 | HIGH | 8.8 | Gitea's OpenID connect handler accepts a user's password without enforcing enrolled TOTP or WebAuthn verification before completing sign-in and linking an OpenID identifier. When OpenID sign-in is enabled, an attacker who knows the victim's password can obtain a session and link an attacker-controlled identifier. The attacker can then sign in through that identifier without the victim's password or second factor, and a password change does not remove the link. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-73273 | MEDIUM | 4.3 | Gitea's Maven upload handler reads checksum uploads entirely into memory and returns before enforcing package-size quotas. An authenticated user with package-publish permission can submit an oversized body to a checksum endpoint despite legitimate checksum values being at most 128 bytes. This bypasses the upload quota on that path and can exhaust server memory. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-73135 | MEDIUM | 5.3 | Gitea uses inconsistent repository visibility predicates, and the condition used by some repository-listing endpoints admits repositories whose owners are hidden from the viewer. Those listings disclose repository metadata even though direct routes correctly deny access with a 404 response. The issue exposes repository existence and listing information across the intended owner-visibility boundary. | Oct 14, 2026 | |
| CVE-2026-73130 | MEDIUM | 4.3 | Gitea does not limit the length of the gitignores field accepted by repository-creation forms and the API. Repository initialization splits the field into template names, repeatedly reads the referenced templates, and buffers their contents in memory. An attacker who can create repositories can submit an oversized value to amplify template reads and memory use, impairing availability. | Oct 14, 2026 |
